In need of a boost or a pep-up? This is your day, with The City Street Spa Detox, you will leave feeling like a new person. Aromatherapy Detox & Revive treatment comes before a Dermalogica 60 minute facial carried out in one of our relaxation rooms.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is based on the laws of nature, balancing between two primal forces, Yin and Yang. An imbalance in the body can be treated by pricking the skin with needles at certain energy points, thus clearing energy blockages and strengthening your body’s capacity to heal itself.

Toyohari

Toyohari is a Japanese style of acupuncture, which was developed by blind acupuncturists. Where Toyohari differs from Chinese acupuncture is that only the surface of the skin is treated. The technique is subtle, but powerful. Using very fine needles and light energy, pathways are brought into balance. Toyohari is ideal for sensitive people and for those who have a needle phobia.

Colour Therapy

Kiotima Shiatsu

Shiatsu massage involves using fingers and palm to apply pressure, correcting the imbalances of the body, and promoting health. It can also be used to help recovery from some illnesses.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. By applying pressure to these areas (primarily the feet) without the use of tools, creams or lotions, Reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.
